Milspouse Friday Fill in

  1. Have you (spouse) ever considered joining the military and what do you think of dual military couples?
i don't know if i have ever considered joing the military. my husband thinks it'd be a good idea that if i cant succeed in the real world when i finish my college degree then it be a good idea to go in as an officer. sometimes i think yeah why not, but i feel like its the easy way out for me, and i know my husband would love to be a spouse because he only plans to stay in for the last year and a half of his 4 year contract. i personally know i am a wimp. i am very weak and can barley manage five push ups, so i would struggle with that. who knows what will happen. i don't know any dual military couples. but i personally don't see a problem with it. i may be a little difficult with having a family but its just like each parent having a full time job.

   2. What is your idea of a perfect Sunday afternoon?
a perfect Sunday afternoon would defiantly be a day spent with my husband watching movies, and i love to cook a fancy meal that takes lots of preparation and time to put together, i don't know why i love to cook like that on Sundays  maybe the left overs for the week, or that's how we did it when i was growing up. Sunday dinners :]

   3. What do you usually do for the 4th of July holiday?
i must go see fireworks. there's something about fireworks that makes me happy. i love the loud explosions, the beautiful colors, the fancy shapes (when i was a kid i would always name them, like the weeping willow because it would leave a trail of glittery-ness falling down from the sky like a weeping willow tree). back home i loved going to the parade and all our traditions. Ryan and i haven't established any kind of tradition, last year we didn't even celebrate. this year i want to check out the fireworks, but Ryan heard that there's always fights and they end up shutting it down, so i haven't decided if i wanted to go, Ryan will only be going because for me. well see.

   4. If they could make an Olympic event JUST for you that you know you’d medal in, what would it be?

id say flexibility? i used to be a cheerleader, so i can do splits and all sorts of things. i can still do a chin chin, where i pull my right foot behind/from the side and place my toes under my chin. im more flexible now, i stretch every day while i watch TV, its relaxing :]

  5. What have you been doing to get yourself bathing suit ready for the summer?

ive been trying to get to the gym. and do as much cardio as i can. im not doing as much as id like but im slowly actually getting back in shape, hopefully a beach trip and my ity bity bikini soon?

  1. I wish I was that flexible! That is so cool! I love fireworks too. I get kind of bummed that you really only see them twice a year. I guess they might not be as special if I saw then every Tuesday though. I love boom that you can feel in your body and the smell and everything!

PS- If that is a picture of your dog in your top banner he is seriously the cutest thing I have ever seen!
